Winks is built on peer-reviewed research. Every ingredient is chosen for its clinically studied effectiveness, dosed at levels shown to make a real difference.

We use five branded, patented ingredients — AlphaWave® L-Theanine, Sensoril® Ashwagandha, Affron® Saffron, organic tart cherry, and magnesium bisglycinate — each with published clinical data supporting their role in sleep quality.
