Accessibility

Good sleep is for everyone. So is this website.

Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement explains what is in place, what still needs testing, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

Accessibility, in plain English

Accessibility work is ongoing. This page will be updated as testing is completed and barriers are fixed.

Our target

WCAG 2.2 Level AA

Winks is working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. A target is not a certification. We will not claim full conformance until the storefront has passed manual and assistive-technology review.

Measures in the theme

The theme uses semantic headings, visible focus styles, keyboard-operable controls, visible form labels, labelled errors, reduced-motion rules, text alternatives for meaningful images, and layouts intended to work at 200% zoom and 320px width. Those contracts are covered by local checks, but the actual page stacks still require manual verification.

Known limitations

What is not finished

Licensed Gilroy Medium and ExtraBold webfonts are active. The eight ancillary pages still need keyboard, screen-reader, 200% zoom, reduced-motion, form-state, and small-screen review on the unpublished theme. Privacy and subscription controls also need end-to-end testing.

Report a barrier or request another format

Use the contact form and choose “Privacy or accessibility.” Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not include medical information or payment-card details.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the report and share a practical next step after the support route and response process are approved. We will not publish a response-time promise until the operating team can meet it.
